TeumDelete your account and data
In the app
- Open Teum and sign in.
- Members go to My info; owners go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account, review the notes and confirm.
Owners of a studio with members can delete their account after closing the studio (removing its members). Remaining bookings and auto-renewing subscriptions are shown before you delete. Cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account.
What is deleted
- Your account, user name and nickname, studio memberships and pass dates, bookings and class sign-ups, owner notes, push tokens
- Class chat messages and attachments you sent
- Studios you own that have no members, with their rooms and rules
What is kept
- Information a law requires us to keep, for that period only.
- Subscription purchase records, which Apple and Google keep under their own policies.
- Records of message reports and blocks, kept to handle them and prevent abuse (no longer linked to deleted accounts).
If you cannot use the app
Email dev.shellednuts@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask for your account to be deleted. We delete it without delay after confirming it is you.
